It has reached the 12 months FA target today, I wouldn't rec a buy or a short position to this guy. From FA perspective, its value has been fully appreciated at this point for its TTM earning.
People are betting on a possible bid from ICE to NMX now it is almost certain that ICE is out of the bidding war for CBOT? But NMX does not add as much to ICE as CBOT would ah?
without consider the buy out, nmx worth around 148 in my calculation. in short term, yes it's over bot, that's why I sold my call, in mid term, it night reach new high.
