The market rebounces quite remarkable, and in a fast move. More than 11 stocks out of top 100 gains more than 2% with increasing volume. Can you tell that market has changed its direction? hehe,market has not changed its bull trend. More important, you should learn sth that is above superficial appearance of market rally. It basically states two things which normally won't be disclosed by any book or any market makers. First, the pattern of OE game. Second, the timing of OE game. As we pointed out yesterday, OE could produce potential great opportunity for us if this pattern and timing has been mastered.
I am a newbie to option, but from what I saw today, OE does create big chance for those who are ready for it. :)

OE week does post tons of opportunities to all of us, the question is how to grab the free money. I cut my bloody fat meat on Jun MA 150c/155c yesterday, cry ah cry ah cry... MA too crazy today. I switch to amzn after cutting MA meat, only made $100 today on amzn's long side. did a short at 70.90, but close my position too early due to a stupid lunch break. faint ah faint ah faint!
OE week has a lot of 10x opportunities or even more, but it can go to zero as easily too. DT option may be easier and less risky. or small bet on something.
Looked at NMX, BGC, and HERO, I almost regret to death. I only watched them and didn't get any. Instead I jumped in NVEC again. What a hell!!

Akam was a survivor from last stock bubble burst. It belongs to Data Center Service sector (Please read Good's analysis in MIT). It was the star of last year. In previous ER, it had a good earning but with lower than expected guidance due to the increasing competition pressure. Its price therefore dropped down a lot. It was just upgraded last Friday.
Regarding to its business, I don't understand too much. Please refer to GOOD's excellent review on internet Video industry.

I am not sure where market may goes in the future, it may down or up. the OE week's turmoil may kill both side of options. I think we may see the clear direction after OE.
However, nasdaq, djia, and sp500 up huge today, may indicate an uptrend in the future.
but some leader stocks, such AAPL, lose it's stength today. vankie and robin predicted in january it will reach 125-128 in june or july. Now all good news out, and it achieved the goal. we may see some flat or reverse on it.

reverse direction means change into different direction against its previous trend. for example, the previous 3 days down, then thursday will go up.

Congrats to all who can file 485 now. after filed 485, it is pretty much same as having GC.
unfortunetely, it is not good news for my case - I am stuck in name checking, and this will only add to backlog of FBI stupic process. Hoping the extra revenue from this wave of submission can help reduce the backlog.

qianhu, OE week, especially the thursday and friday could bring you some 10x oppotunity
but to avoid loss if you are not sure the direction, you can buy both call and put at the same amount. If one of them achieved 2x, you won't lose.

OE week is typical divided into two phase, one up and one down, if the first half is down, that the second half would be up .However most of the time it would close with small change.
I feel WFR is reversing. In today's news, Hoku Materials Received $678 Mln, 10-Yr Polysilicon Supply Contract From STP, reminding people of the growth prospect of solar industry. I am not worried about this deal eating WFR's pie considering the demand and WFR's product line.
Analyst at UBS said on Monday that WFR is likely considering E-Ton, China Sunergy or Neosolar as a third solar customer and the deal is likely to be in the $2.0-$2.5 billion range over a seven-to-ten-year period. Yet the market seems not responding to this note. Maybe MMs are still collecting chips. We will see.
