check with vlo and nmx today's out of money option. vlo is better than nmx for today.
there must be some reasons I asked you to look at the after market price of those 2. I will tell you why once I get back.
for oil stock, usually it's not just about TA, cause it always in the tunnel.
I sold all of my vlo call and enter another 60% of nmx call this afternoon. nmx is picking up.

wen, I had similar experience several weeks ago when my account was down 18%. I was angry to myself and totally lost my confidence. Stopped trading for several days, read books and blogs, and gradually calmed down. Now I feel much better. I don't bother myself about how to make up my losses asap. Just be happy that it does not goes further down. And my account is actually growing back. I guess this is the journey we must go through as newbies.
